Guinea Savanna Ltd is an internet-based trading company formed in September 2016 by Lloyd Lushinga, born in the Central African Federation Protectorate of Northern Rhodesia, present day Zambia , a lecturer in International Trade & Transport, a Fellow of the Institute of the Chartered Shipbrokers’, and holder of an MSc International Trade and Transport degree from London Metropolitan University, in the United Kingdom.
The core aim of the company, is to contribute to efforts aimed at the establishment of agri-industrial, green- based economies across the entire Guinea Savanna region and by extension sub – Saharan Africa by:
-providing emergent and small scale women farmers, cooperatives and value–added producers access to regional and international markets in Great Britain, and the Commonwealth of Africa and the Americas (CAA).
– promote the placing of the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) at the center of all Commonwealth of Africa and the Americas’ , compliant member countries’ export development strategies, by aiding and facilitating the establishment AGOA export processing and training zones in principal production and processing villages and communities.
– establishing and fostering private – cooperative and public partnerships in the areas of agriculture, agribusiness, natural resource value addition , nanotechnology & bioscience , renewable energy technologies, sustainable construction, and Information & Communication Technology in the diaspora, Great Britain, and the Commonwealth of Africa and the Americas.
– promoting, facilitating and encouraging the study of trade relations in the Atlantic Ocean Trade Area from the 15th century to modern times.
– promoting cultural, sporting, educational, and other mutually beneficial activities in the region, the diaspora, Great Britain and the Commonwealth of Africa and the Americas.
